College is still the best thing to have ever happened to me.
I'm going to try and not go into much detail about the awesomeness that was my first day. My comp graphics 2 class started out like it was going to be loads of work, but the actual stuff we do is easy. It's not artistic crap like those God forsaken balloons from last Semester. Instead, we'll be touching up old and new photographs. Getting rid of dust and scratches, fixing people's faces and the like. I already did most of the assignments in chapter 8 using photos from Jem's birthday party. Cannot wait to show off my skills and hopefully get my first A of my Camden county career. Then in my off time, we spent nearly the whole 4 hour break in the new Student Lounge/Cafeteria. The food now rocks, the whole building is Wi Fi enabled (Watching Giz sign on his laptop in the room was awesome) and they have Air hockey and Mrs. Pac-Man. How much sweeter can you get? It was here we met up with the leader of the B-Film society we hung out with a good chunk of last semester with, who revealed we could actually attened meetings now! Plus, on top of that, he might be an in to getting a job at Shop-Rite up there. That's one Job prospect.
Game Design 2, we split up into two teams. Now, no one was standing up for the job of producer other than this guy named James who was pretty set in what he wanted to do (And I was intent on making something close with the rest of the team, not something already done), so I stood up and am now leading our team, Subworld Creations, to glory. We're already pretty set on our team and what jobs everyone's going to have. We're going to all be exchanging game ideas in a meeting before class on Tuesday. The best part of all this is, whatever game we make has the chance of being made into a marketed GBA game by South Jersey Based Destination Software! How F'in awesome is that? On top of that, Mike knows I can get a job under the table with a moving company he has contacts with, AND Ryan (My professor) is going to talk to his boss about getting me a job at the Game Crazy close to the college! 2 more job prospects.
Things are falling into place.

College is a great way to make connections, huh? I keep forgetting how important it is to know people until I'm introduced or find out about other people I know knowing people. It's all interconnected!
I think the first year or two of college sucks because you have to learn all those basics that seem to be non important. I'm glad it got better for me.lol.
Put some of your stuff up to see!
